Problem entering game

I get a pop-up after logging onto the game which says " Welcome to the German Navy, Lieutenant Commander!"

This pop-up prevents me from proceeding with the Game.

How do I close this pest of a window and proceed with the Game?

there's no download - it's a game based on flashlayer into your browser.
Have a look to our System requirements to play Silent Hunter Online and check your flash-player is up to date.

My sistem requirements are more than enough: I have a Toshiba satellite L750/L755 (i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz, 4.00 Gb RAM, Winows 7 Home Premium ...), I try to look Google flash caracteristics but it derivates me to web search and not to the settings.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the steps are easy and clear. (sorry, english is not my mother language)

may I ask did you try an other browser, too? I've heard about (seldom) problems with Win7 in combination with Internet Explorer 11.
Recommended are Chrome and Firefox.
Next check: ad-blocker. Some have hard restrictions then try the site with deactivated ad-blocker or set an exclusion.
Flash-Player: in Win7 you could check the flash-player settings and switch off "protected mode".
