A: You have a wide range of items to choose from in the shop. There are permanent items of equipment, such as officers and consumable resources, i.e. torpedoes. Some of these items can be purchased with Prestige points, others using credits.
Q: I bought an item in the shop and can’t find it in my depot. What happened?
A: If you buy an item using Prestige points, bear in mind that the items will not be immediately available, but will first move into the queue in your depot. The item will only be available to you for further processing after the time indicated.
Q: How can I report bugs in the game?
A: You can report bugs and technical issues to our support staff at any time. Additionally, we offer a special forum section for any technical issues or questions. Please be sure to be as detailed as possible about any issues you report, so we can assist you as fast as possible.
Q: How do I save my game?
A: Silent Hunter Online is a browser game and will save your game progress for you automatically.
