A: You have a wide range of items to choose from in the shop. There are permanent items of equipment, such as officers and consumable resources, i.e. torpedoes. Some of these items can be purchased with Prestige points, others using credits.

Q: I bought an item in the shop and can’t find it in my depot. What happened?
A: If you buy an item using Prestige points, bear in mind that the items will not be immediately available, but will first move into the queue in your depot. The item will only be available to you for further processing after the time indicated.
