Help me please!

Several days ago I have the following problem and I can not open the game.
Every time I try to open the game from this address: "www.silenthunteronline.com/en-GB/play", the page never finishes loading and I am returned to the "www.silenthunter.com/en_GB/pagehomepage"
This problem occurs on both my desktop computer as well as on the laptop.

Hi Pablosuper,
are you using browser with ad-blocker? Set an exclusion for SHO or disable it for gaming, also other blockers are of interest.
Which configuration do you use? Operating systems, browsers? Check the system requirements, please.
Is your flash player up to date? It's helpful to update flash player or to deinstall and reinstall. For some configurations (Win 7) it was helpful to go to system settings, flash player and to disable "protected mode".
Standard procedure is clearing browser cache and history. And also some had success by logging in, logging out and wait some minutes, re-logging and then they began to play.
