It also sounds to me as if you were not very patient in your search for assistance. Not only do we have some great volunteer players who assist us as chat moderators in chat and always try to help when they are around, but we also do have a great community, which is always assisting each other and even created a very helpful fan SHO wiki.

So I can only come to the conclusion that you caught a bad moment in game, where nobody was available to help, asked not the right questions or were rather impatient.

It never works: maybe the reason is the browser zoom! You should set it to 100% (at many browsers by Strg + 0).
