Can't make thread in "Player introduction" section

Hello!
Can't make thread in Forum -> English -> Silent Hunter Online Community -> Forum: Meeting Lounge: Player introduction section.

When I press "Post new thread" I've got message box:

I think the vBulletin isn't configured good on some pages. That's probably why you get this message box.

I have exactly the same issue. Hard to get in contact if that contact isn't allowed in the forum part that is made just for that.
