Stuck on Building Proxies...

Hi there, just came across this game and very much looking forward to giving a try, however upon repeated attempt this morning I cannot load past the 'Building Proxies' message. I've searched through this forum for answers, have flushed cache and deleted cookies, restarted browser, etc. with no luck. I don't get any error message, just seems to hang on this message.
Any idea would be greatly appreciated!

As an fyi I'm using Firefox, and have just updated Flash, with no luck.

Chrome seems to be the browser of choice, you could could give it a try. At least you will know if it is you browser at fault.

I get to the Login Queue window and the game hangs, at that point, using Firefox 33. Just tried to login, using IE 11 and couldn't do so. No response, in either browser, at all. Have filed trouble ticket, as well.

When you are using Firefox, sometimes it can help to reset it back to default state. This helps in case a plugin or cached cookie is malfunctioning:

It can also help to not only clear cache & cookies in the browser you are using, but to clear the Adobe flash cache as well:

Please follow the instructions here: https://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569 to clear the settings and cached internet data in flash player:
1. Close all browser windows
2. Open your system control panel or preferences and open the Flash Player control panel
3. Select the Storage tab and click the "Delete All..." button. Please note that the "Advanced" tab also contains a "Delete All..." button and the behavior and functionality are identical.
4. Verify that the "Delete All Site Data and Settings" checkbox is checked and click the "Delete Data" button
You've now cleared your Flash cache and can restart your browser.
