    Red and yellow crosses severely damaged sub and loss of crew

    Its really disappointing to get damaged because of the server problems. This morning i decided to make an easy mission ( sinking two ships ).
    At first everything seemed to be ok BUT after shooting two torpedos they started to change trajectory ( not a big deal ). After that one invisible plane hit me four times and the U-boat started to sink :/ ( then i saw him on my minimap ). I refreshed my browser page and for my ultimate surprise i was far away from that place severely damaged. After like 2 hours of fighting with the "servers decisions" i made the mission at the cost of more then 3000pp for repair, 21 men lost - 840pp and 7 hours of repair works. I just want to ask why there wasnt a mod to warn us not to play since there are Obviously connecton issues and why do i have to pay for this since i wasnt really able to prevent the damage or the loss of my crew ( most of them level 4 ), because i couldnt log for like 4-5 minutes and when i log i immediately receive redX or yellowX ?

    Send in a ticket to support. Select lifeboat icon by ladder and scroll down the new screen and you will find a support box. Helena and team are not ogres and will get back to you via your registered E-mail account.

    I absolutely understand why you´re upset :-)
    But like Bordegar said: Just send a ticket and let them repair or replace your sub in case of a loss.
    Or use credits to repair/rescue the sub and let our support replenish them again. --> that would be the easier and faster way.
    I did so several times :-)
    Everything can be replaced, officers and crew with their levels, even torpedoes and diesel.
    I´ve lost many subs during last november. Only because of these annoying red/yellow plugs or 1009 errors, whatever else.....

    I got everything replaced and restored.

    Just give it a try....

    Thank you for the answers i repaired and fixed whatever i could. I just got upset because it took me a lot of time and efford to made it this far - and it suddenly died and i couldn't do anything . I understand that the game is still in beta version tho sometimes its unplayable :/.
    I am sorry for my first reaction it was very emotional .

    That is ok, I can understand the frustration this can sometimes lead to. If it would have been over the edge we would have moderated

    But our support will always help if losses occur due to technical reasons
