observe mission issue

Hallo,

Secondary objective on observe mission is practycally inpossible to complete. I got the ship observers and confirmed by message that all I need to do is to trasmit the observation, but you can do it from under the water. When I tried to get away of the ships and then trasmited, I got message that there are no contats to transmit and when I get close enougth to see the contacts I got spoted.

I try to bring it in a short form:
some missions cannot be solved the usual way, some never can be solved
all they are observing missions of phase IV, you meet them in

• mid Atlantic - Spanish Route
• Arctic Route - ice
• Greenland - weather station
• Santa Cruz - supremacy in Northern Africa
• Tromsö - defense of Scandinavia
• 2nd North Atlantic - no supplies for Russia

detection:
not solvable missions show "0/0 observed ships" and "message sent"
solvable missions show "identify & sink"

workaround:

• go decks awash!
• jump to a position about 30 .. 40 km in front of the convoy (the mission icon), better more than less
• go head on ("move off") to the mission while decks awash
• slow down to "slow move" (4 kn) or less
• pull in the periscope
• wait until mission gets activated
• go into the boat and check if the watch officer tells you "all targets observed, we can send a contact message"
• send the message

now the mission should be finished!

note: you cannot do such a mission with a wolf pack!
