The oldest European treaty which is still relevant is nearly 190 years old. It contains the right of states to use the territories of each other, it's unique according to international law.

What's the name of the contract (short name is enough)?

Answer: The Bavarian–Austrian Salt Treaty of 1829, is the oldest European treaty still in effect. Allows citizens of each county to use the others resources.



However, I also found another treaty that is much older and is still in effect. I wouldnt say it is unique though....it just a regular treaty.

Anglo-Portuguese Treaty of 1373 Treaty of alliance between King Edward III of England and King Ferdinand I and Queen Eleanor of Portugal; it is the oldest treaty still in force.

Once the largest liner of a state it immediately started with a speed record. Nearly ten years later they renamed it - a single character was changed to correct the name.

There is a very early exemplar of a tower (here: belfry) of consistent steel- and iron structure. Even the roof is made of iron. But the ground wasn't as solid as needed so it's a leaning tower. The carillon, an import, probably was more expensive than the whole tower. Maybe the tower was planned for a church but never used for one.
