Time Compression Points

I've searched everywhere and couldn't find it so I ask here.
Anyone knows how much time takes for point?

I've made the question but haven't got any answer not even from a Game or Forum Moderators.
Anyway, I'm not sure but for what I could notice while playing it seems to me that TCP's refills at a ratio about 1 point per 15 minutes.

Well, I think I wont have an answer once again but I ask if anyone can now confirm or correct the ratio value I've estimated?

I can't find the thread in the german forum. If I remember correctly one TCP per 15 min.

Hi everybody from Barcelona,
Well, first of all congratulations for your effert on doing a new game about U-Boats. Yes, I agree about those problems on SH5, in spite of it, I'm sure that you're working hard on doing good games.
On this new game, I'd like to know if it's possible going to HOME PORT in a fast way after accomplish the mission. Yes, I know that this is a simulator but maybe is too hard to be waiting hours to play again, isn't it?

If you drive e.g. into the grid square AN 49, the trip lasts about 1 h 15 min. But you have the possibility to skip the course, then it takes a few seconds.
