Issue: When i set a torpedo to magnetic detonator, and the torpedo is swim through well under the target keel (so it's won't detonate), the Weapon Officer is say a placeholder text.

Repeatable: yes

Browser: Pale Moon 24.0.1 (an 64bit Firefox version)
