edit: on the 3rd hour there was a change error sho-1116 till 0000 i think will take some time

receiving error code SHO-1216, have tried reloading and reboot, still cant connect after 30 mins

now i get it too, each time when the gameserver is contacted during Login into the game.
One time i get the Sho-1216, next time it waits when contacting the gameserver for some time and then sends me back to the main menu, when i retry again the Sh0-1216 and so on...
