TY for reply. Yes I was in WP, IIRC we were 5 ppl, maybe 4. Advice you have posted did not help. I was able to login after 2 hrs or so again. (Btw, got many different error codes while not able to login: 1210,1220 ...)

Same issue today. Was not in WP. Got disconnected from server and thrown to start page. SHO stops loading at "Connecting to Game Server", after a minute or so, it returns error SHO-1216. Now for more than an hour ...

Yes of course. It is not browser / PC / settings etc issue. It is Client / Server connection issue ...

And btw, today same issue. in the middle of WP kicked out. Now SHO-1216 and not possible to come back.

Please give it 15 minutes, then try to log back in once more, Kaluga. I tried a little trick on your account because it looked like as for the server you were still online and that caused your "second" log in to get kicked. (I restacked your diesel).

If that did not help, please get in touch with our support crew via email, so they can check into your account further.

hi new to the game,been playing for only a week.last 2 days i've been getting error code sho-1216 any ideas of what i can do to get back into game?

You can try to log in until you get it, I just came in after 5 tries.
But today at 4 pm CEST the servers will be restarted to solve it.

I have the same problem today, error code 1216 at "connecting game server" portion of log in. Game has been very buggy all week.
