Can someone please tell me whats going on. The loading screen is normal and then when it gets to "Contacting gamesaver" I get the error code SHO-1216. If anyone has a solution please let me know.

I've neen in a middle of Wolfpack mission, close to targets and destroyers around. Game crashed. Now, can not log in, getting error: SHO_1216.
Since, I can not play, I am afraid that I am gonna loose my sub and crew.
Can someone help, please?

yea im getting same thing ...im guessing the server is offline
Error 1216 indicates a possible issue server-side and we are investigating this. I received feedback from users, that if you wait a few minutes and try again, some of the players were able to log in after a couple attempts but that is of course not the solution.
We are investigating and if I have any news to share in regards to 1216, I get back to you. Hang in there, Captains, the Allies shall not prevail!

As of now, 17:28 CEST, the problem is still there: SHO-1216 in the "Contacting gameserver" phase. I'm trying for 20 minutes now.
We did some magic on the servers, please let us know if the issue still persists.
