Error SHO-1210

Ahoy komrades.
I've tried to read as many of the loading error posts as possible, but have not been able to find help on this.
My game begins load, puts me in the que and then I get Error message SHO-1210.

Can anyone help me?

Error 1210:
The error 1210 is in most cases resolved by checking Flash Player/clear cache and cookies, disable addons like adblock etc and similar technical approaches. In some rarer cases it is not, as the error in those rarer cases originates in the account itself.

I'm an old gamer, so I may need some additional help.
I checked and I have the lastest adobe flash player installed.
I went in and cleared my internet explorer cache and cookies.
When you say 'disable add ons", exactly how do I do that?
Sorry for being so tech. challenged.

add ons can be things like ad blocker, pop up blocker or so
there is no ads on this game so no worry, you won't get dozens of ads or whatever
but they might prevent starting the game

I use for SH the Firefox browser, latest version, including the flash, it works OK
