diesel restacking

Hi Support

After searching the forum I think I may have this bug, "diesel restacking"

When I try to fill up my VIIc with diesel the game has a critical error & crashed
However if I leave '1' Ltr in the bunker it fills and when I put my mouse over the fuel can in the Bunker it says I have 'zero' Lts

Also I get repeated messages in mail telling me I have no room in Bunker , 2 for each item I purchase and all items go into the Bunker as there was room anyway

Also, not sure if it's related to the above problem, but started the same time, I'm loosing sonar lines from my sub and sonar circles at random times

Any help would be appreciated

At least the first part sounds as if the tank fill level in the sub might be bugged. Our support will have a closer look at the sub once your ticket is first in waiting queue.

Using this thread instead of opening a new one on server play since UBI upgrade.

Query since yesterday game has for me anyways became very irregular : Done the clearance of all cache including flash as advised to no avail the symptoms appear to be as follows.

1: Unable to gauge true track onto targets no scope/torp line This is irregular and annoyingly occurs more at critical moments in engagement.
2: Damage to all subs in bunker on boats not in repair. This one shows up after leaving bunker for a patrol and usually only 1% damage showing in all below compartments.
3: Being hit by invisible enemies well before engagements and no aircraft. No alerts of planes just general alert of being attacked. Routine on leaving port is to place flak crew and damage control crew at ready before joining any WP or single mission.
4: ZaunII torps not acquiring at times even though target speeds are well within there noise levels necessary.

None of the above nags are not unknown to many players, it is just yesterday, all came out to play... Only able to join 2 WP's yesterday and lost a IID in single mission. No real injustice as such only lost pride.

Today is also showing signs of these in 2 hiccups in the 2 WP's played so far.

we will have a maintenance tomorrow at around 4 pm CET, which lasts for an hour. Can you please check and give feedback after the maintenance is complete if any of the issues you reported have improved or vanished?

It might also help to clear not only the browser cache, but the flash cache:

In a next step, please follow the instructions here: https://forums.adobe.com/message/4278569 to clear the settings and cached internet data in flash player:
1. Close all browser windows
2. Open your system control panel or preferences and open the Flash Player control panel
3. Select the Storage tab and click the "Delete All..." button. Please note that the "Advanced" tab also contains a "Delete All..." button and the behavior and functionality are identical.
4. Verify that the "Delete All Site Data and Settings" checkbox is checked and click the "Delete Data" button
You've now cleared your Flash cache and can restart your browser.

I to am experiencing 'all' the same issues as you, all cache cleared, even reloaded Flash without any difference
Lets hope maintenance helps

I was able to log in fine, but after that crashed continually,
I copied the crash report when I was able to (see below) I noted the crashes had the same error

I did manage to get 1 game in which seemed to run ok if I could get past the crashing

Still crashing, but managed to play some games, same issues as above

If I have 2 subs in the same wolf pack, when I'm at or above pd , I get the display as if I'm below pd i.e. can't see targets & still have sonar lines

These crashes, do they appear to be random or when you do a specific action? Judging by the errors this sounds as if you crash when you try to repair a certain sub?

3rd Report since Maintenance

3 more errors that I managed to copy (see below)
I copy all errors if I get the chance, but most times I am just booted without being able to get an error

1. Most errors happen as the enemy are closing in and I'm about to fire torpedoes
2. I have noticed I also crash when I try to repair a certain sub or carry out an Officer command

I will keep a diary for all crashes and relay them to you in 5 days
I had thought all you needed was the error code but I see you need as much info as possible
