Submarine randomly sunk

I was destroying a convoy with the deckgun. Once all the ships were destroyed, I clicked on the map and the screen went red with a loud bang,
totally randomly. I had destroyed every ship in the area, I definitely didn't crash. Now it's destroyed and I don't want to buy gold to get it back,
especially when it seems to be a glitch. When I relog, I can see that I'm outside the home base. I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do, apart from submit a ticket which is what I've done.

Maybe you got hit by a bomber ? Any chance a shipwreck could have rammed you? If not....
You already have sent a ticket.... They can backtrace certain events and replace your loss in case of bugs/glitches.
Sadly, some strange things may occur during gameplay. I have experienced similar events.

For example: After skipping couse, my sub suddenly crashed 3 or 4 times, even without enemy contact.
It is possible to hit oceans floor after skipping. That is not acceptable.
Let them check it out.
