Hello Captains!

Through rough seas and calm waters, sunny skies and foggy, rainy, moonless nights the wolfpacks and lone wolfs hunted the sea, always on the lookout for promising prey. Many battles were fought and the community stood together as one against the opponents, standing their ground, facing obstacles and overcoming them and being united as one in the one goal: to rule the Atlantic, to tip the balance, to make each torpedo and ammo shot count. Alas, the time of hunting is coming to an end.

This will be the last weekend of Silent Hunter Online, as we will continue to shut down the game on October 31st, 10 am CET, as announced.

We wish to send a last shout of "Thank you" to each and every one of you, this great and supportive community, who stood by our side during the development of the game with feedback and support, and did not seize to do so when we announced the end of development more than 2 & 1/2 years ago in February 2014.

It has truly been our honor and pleasure to host this game for you and we hope to meet you again in future endeavors.

We wish you all the best and hope that some friendships forged in this game will outlast the end of the game.
