I been getting 1216 since last night and all day today, was in middle of fighting off two planes so that means I'll be one sub down when I hopefully get back on not to mention the loss of the daily log in bonus ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I changed browser ,from explorer to chrome and it worked for me after that.

Nope not working on Chrome for me still not able to get game to load ...

I merged the two threads for this topic.

Those suffering from error 1216, please try the following in exact steps (if you have not done so already):

Visit our website and log out (if you are not logged in please log in and log out then).

Clear Cache and Cookies in your browser (via the options of your browser) and please temporary files on C: as well (open windows explorer and rightclick on the drive, then in the menu select properties and click the Disc Cleanup button next to the diagram in the tab General.).

Shut down the browser.

Wait 15 - 30 minutes.

Restart the browser and log back in our website and try starting the game.

If this does not help please actively check the version of your adobe flash player. Uninstall the flash player and download and install the latest version.

Also please try a different browser, if not done so already, as some of you wrote.



I know these are mostly standard approaches to check and see if they help you. I will forward your reports additionally as well.

SHO is not working for me already few hours. Error SHO-1216. Tried different browsers ...

Kaluga, were you in a wolfpack before the error started and did you crash in the wolfpack? If yes, how many players were in the wolfpack altogether?

If my advice posted here, did not help, please get in touch with our support crew for further assistance, one of your subs might have corrupted data causing the error.
