Having various game issues

Sorry if this isn't the best section to post this but I'm really frustrated and disapointed so I have to let it out and I hope the mods and devs read this. No intention to offend but trying to open the eyes of the game devs to at least try to solve these issues. So here it goes:

I must say that I've played a lot of SHO already and today was the worst day I've experienced playing it.
1- torpedos hitting the targets and making no damage at all(settings for magnetic with correct draft and enough arm distance) I could ear the explosions and nothing happened.
2- While attacking an merchant with the deck gun I suddenly get damaged(U/boat with 60 to 96% damaged and lost 5 crew). At that very moment the U-boat went from surface to 68 meters depth in a fraction of a second(kinda automatic otherwise I would lose it, weird but saved the sub). A few minutes later I went to periscope depth and there was a plane. So an invisible plane came almost sunk me and I couldn't see it. Meaning 1 U-boat at repairs 5hours and 34minutes.
3- The server goes to maintenance without any announcement or warning while in 2 missions with different subs 1 of them has jsut finished but moving through the sea the other one was about to engage the enemy. About 1 hour later the server was up again so I got in and found one U-boat without enough fuel to get back to the bunker meaning tow. The other U-boat severely damaged(damage values from 34 to 66% damage and 7 crew lost). So one sub being towed and another for 12hours and 57minutes and the other one repairing for 7hours and 45minutes.
4- Just finished the construction of my 4th U-boat so I bought the officers and, crew got it supplied and went to the sea. Made a successfull mission and went really well but a few seconds after I click Yes to leave and finish the mission a huge convoy of Warships spawnned all around me they started imediatelly firing at me of course I Ccrash Dived as quick as I could and just in time to don't lose the sub but still got damage from 29 to 64% and lost 6 crew level 5. Meaning another sub repairing during 8hours and 17 minutes.

Conclusion it was a really bad day to play SHO and I have 4 U-boats and none to play.
Whats wrong with the game/server?! The game haven't changed at all since I know it from about 1 year ago.
If the developers don't really care for the game anymore and will not develope it further at least they should fix the game and servers issues because sometimes weird things happens all the time and the game gets boring, annoying and frustrating so players just quit playing it.

Once again I hope the Mods and Devs read this and try to do something about SHO or otherwise the game will simply die...

Hello captains,

indeed it was a bad day! We got and published a maintenance announcement yesterday in the evening (UTC) but didn't expect it would happen twice in one night. The crash(?) or maintenance was really surprisingly to all of us. Sadly there is no information about it from Ubisoft.

To you problems:
sometimes it it reported that a plane is suddenly attacking the boat, but that could be a feature of realism, maybe. For example I never drive surfaced without a manned flak gun and decks awash. (how to? www.showiki.de.vu)

losses due to the server issues
no fear, our support will replace all your losses! Send a ticket, topic "problems with the game" and check your in-box and spam folder from time to time. (You should have a verified account for that.) Luckily it shouldn't take much time because the support team is up to the latest tickets, they told me yesterday. But nevertheless remind from Friday to Monday we have holidays so a little bit of patience could be of need.

It appears indeed as if last night we had additional issues, which affected all BB games. Today we will have two maintenances which should increase server stability again.
